DMC Web-based Data Entry System

Welcome to the Relative Rate Index (RRI) Web-based Data Entry System Web site! This Web Site is designed for use by Juvenile Justice (JJ) Specialists, and state and local DMC Coordinators.This site provides a step-by-step process for entering DMC data and producing required state-specific reports. The site provides responses to frequently asked questions about the RRI and the ability to export data to Excel for reporting in the Grants Management System (GMS). 

ANNOUCMENT

OJJDP is pleased to announce a new version of the DMC RRI Data Entry system. Some of the changes to the new system are:
  • Improved user interface for easier data entry
  • Added the option to request guest access to the system
  • Added "Forgot Password" function
  • Added concurrency (the system will now allow multiple users editing data at the same time)
  • Deleted reporting periods
  • Disallowed overlapping reporting periods
Training for DMC coordinators and JJ Specialists will be conducted via Live Meeting during January 2009. You will receive an invitation for the Live Meeting classes in your email.

It is recommended to read the User Guide document or the Quick Reference Guide for first time users.
